At Shante's Glam Trap, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave the Glam Trap chair. Cancelling Appointments

We understand life happens and please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without a 48 hours notice, will incur a fee up to the full amount of the service

  1. No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been provided. This policy applies to all haircuts, hairstyles, coloring, treatments, and any other service rendered by Shante's Glam Trap.

  2. Service Satisfaction: We are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with the outcome of your hair service, please notify me immediately before leaving the salon. We will make reasonable efforts to address any issues or make adjustments, if possible, during your visit.

  3. Styling and Maintenance: Please note that the final result of your hair service may depend on various factors, including your hair type, texture, and condition. Additionally, styling and maintenance techniques at home may affect the longevity and appearance of your hair after leaving the salon. We are not responsible for any changes or dissatisfaction resulting from styling and maintenance performed outside of our salon.

  4. Damaged or Defective Products: In the event that a hair product or accessory purchased from our salon is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or alternative solution. Please note that this policy does not apply to hair services themselves.

  5. Changes or Cancellations: Should you need to make changes to your scheduled appointment or cancel it, we kindly request that you provide us with reasonable notice. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.

  6. Pricing and Payment: Prices for our services are clearly displayed and communicated before the service is rendered. Please ensure that you understand the pricing and payment details before proceeding with the service. Once the service is provided, payment is due in full, and no refunds will be issued. Additional services provided during the appointment will be added to the total amount due.
